This is probably the only product I will ever insist is crucial to any guitarist of any skill or experience level. It is the only time you'll ever see me say you "need" something. The software I'm talking about is Guitar Pro, and if you're interested in saving yourself quite literally years of learning time, get it now.

Guitar Pro is essentially a tablature program, but it will be vital for your learning, improving, or even perfecting your playing. I wont be so brazen as to say you can't learn guitar without it, but I will ask, "why would you want to?"

Using Guitar Pro, you can create your own music (its a great place to write) end even write and learn your own licks, download tabs to your favorite songs, and exercises to increase your skill. I cannot vouch for this product enough. If you can think it, you can probably do it with Guitar Pro.
